minutesIngredients
1 1/2 cups rhubarb
1/3 cup honey
9 raisins
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Clean and discard root and leaf of rhubarb. Wash and cut into 1/2″ pieces.
- Add all ingredients into a quart mason jar.
- Add water.
- Let sit on your kitchen counter 3 days. Then move to refrigerator. Enjoy!
Notes
- I have made this with different amounts of honey. To me it gets sweeter as it sits so I keep cutting back the honey amount to please what I like. Feel free to change this amount per your tastebuds.
